We may share it only with trusted service providers (such as our booking system, payment processor, and email platform), health professionals with your explicit consent, or as required by law or in an emergency situation involving your safety. All third-party providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.

We handle your health and medical information with the highest standard of care. Access is restricted to authorised instructors and management only, and we will never disclose it to third parties without your express consent, except in an emergency. You may decline to provide health information, however this may limit our ability to safely deliver services to you.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, misuse, or disclosure. This includes secure, access-controlled booking and management systems, encrypted payment processing (we do not store full card details), and secure handling of any paper-based records.
Please be aware that no method of electronic transmission is completely secure. We caution you to take care when sending sensitive information via email. In the event of a data breach likely to cause serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
